Staff-run activities
for camp event days
Tell us your campers’ ages, group sizes and activity schedule. We’ll help you choose services and plan a visit that fits the space and time you have available.
Our team brings the equipment, handles setup and operates the technical activities. Rad game coaches explain the games and manage the activity sessions, while your camp team coordinates its camper groups and daily schedule.
Ask for activity recommendations ↗Laser Tag: Staff-run games for ages 6 and up, with rotating groups and a play schedule planned for your camp.
Hero Blast and Z-Tag: Staff-run options for ages 4 and up.
Foam Parties: A staffed option for outdoor activity days, subject to the location’s setup and utility requirements.
You can also ask about Nerf, water games and other mobile party services. Rad staff operate the technical equipment; technical activity rentals are not left with counselors to run over multiple days.

Drop-off
and pickup
options
Drop-off and pickup are available for Mini Golf, Inflatable Sports Games, Mobile Video Game Party and Yard Games. Staff cost extra for mini golf, inflatable sports games and yard games. Mobile video game parties cost the same with or without staff.
We’ll agree on the service format, rental time, setup needs and pickup arrangements when quoting your event. The mobile video game party uses a screen-and-console setup. Game Truck parties are hosted by our sister company, Totally Rad Video Games.
03 / MAP OUT YOUR DAY
Build the day around your camper groups
Share the number of campers in each age group and how long they can spend at each activity. We’ll help work through rotation times, transitions and equipment options. Capacity depends on the services and the schedule, so there is no one-size-fits-all camper count.
Check the camp location before booking
We can accommodate many surfaces and layouts. Space, access, power and water requirements vary by service, so send the event address and describe the activity area before booking. Tell us about gates, stairs, the distance from parking and any site restrictions.
Laser tag uses battery-powered equipment. Video game, foam, water and inflatable setups have different requirements. We’ll review the selected activities and available utilities before confirming the event.

Summer camp questions
Which activities should we choose?
Start with your age groups, available space and activity time. Laser Tag is for ages 6 and up; Hero Blast and Z-Tag start at age 4. Contact us for popular combinations and recommendations for your camp.
Can our counselors operate the laser tag equipment?
Rad staff operate the laser tag and other technical activity equipment. These services include staff and are booked as hosted activities. If you want drop-off games, ask about mini golf, inflatable sports games, mobile video game parties and yard games.
Which activities can be delivered and picked up?
Mini golf, inflatable sports games, mobile video game parties and yard games have drop-off and pickup options. Staff cost extra for mini golf, inflatable sports games and yard games. The mobile video game price is the same with or without staff. All other Rad activities include staff.
Can a large camp group take part?
We’ll plan around your camper count and schedule. Larger groups may need rotations, additional equipment or more than one activity station. Tell us how much activity time each group has so we can discuss a workable plan.
Can we request more than one camp date?
Yes. Send the dates and activities you’re considering so we can discuss availability and a custom quote. Each visit’s services, staffing and schedule will be agreed in advance.
How is travel priced?
Travel for Rad Entertainment services is included within 30 miles of our warehouse. For farther camp locations, submit the booking form to receive the exact distance charge.
