MAKE THE SCHEDULE WORK
Plan the rotations
around your event
The number of students who can participate depends on the activities, equipment, booking length and time available for instructions and group changes. We’ll help plan rotations and, when needed, discuss additional equipment or multiple activity stations.
For laser tag, one standard set supports 12 players at a time. Tell us your total student count and the time each group has available so the plan fits your school day.
Staffing and school coordination
Rad staff operate our technical activity equipment and run the staffed services. Mini golf, inflatable sports games and yard games can be delivered and picked up, with staff added for an extra charge. Mobile video game parties cost the same with or without staff. Your quote should identify the format for each activity.
Share your arrival process, campus access instructions and activity schedule with us. We’ll coordinate equipment setup and pickup around the agreed event plan.
BEFORE THE BIG DAY
Check your
campus setup
A field, blacktop, gym or courtyard may work, depending on the activity. We can accommodate many surfaces and layouts, but each service has its own space, access and utility requirements. Send the event location and tell us about stairs, gates, parking, surface conditions and available power or water.
For laser tag, a clear play area around 30 × 20 feet is preferred. The battery-powered equipment does not require a power or water connection. We’ll assess the layout and access before confirming your setup.
THE PLANNING NOTES
School event
questions
Do you have standard school packages?
Schools choose their activities and we help build a custom event plan. Contact us with your student ages, group size, event length and budget. We can recommend popular options and explain what fits your schedule.
Can a large school group participate?
Yes, with an activity and rotation plan sized for the event. Total participation depends on the equipment, group changes and available time. We’ll discuss these details with you rather than promise the same capacity for every school.
What ages can play the tag games?
Laser Tag is for ages 6 and up. Hero Blast and Z-Tag are for ages 4 and up. Tell us about mixed-age groups so we can recommend suitable activities.
Do all activities include staff?
Mini golf, inflatable sports games and yard games offer drop-off and pickup, with staffing available for an additional fee. Mobile video game parties can be staffed or unstaffed at the same price. Our other activities include staff.
Do we need power or water?
Requirements depend on the activity. Laser tag is battery powered. A mobile video game setup requires power, and foam and water activities have their own utility requirements. We’ll review the services and site before confirming the plan.
Is there a travel charge?
Travel for Rad Entertainment services is included within 30 miles of our warehouse. For farther events, submit the booking form to receive the exact distance charge for your location.
